DELIVERY & PICK UP
Pickups are welcome straight from our warehouse/head office (Mt Wellington location) by appointment only, during business hours.
Delivery is available nationwide, please email us for a quote. Due to the complexity of the furniture industry a quote is provided on a one by one bases.
White glove service is also available.
DELIVERY & DAMAGE
On delivery of Goods, the customer is responsible to inspect the Goods as soon as reasonably possible. DO NOT SIGN the waybill unless you have inspected the Goods or write STI (subject to inspection).
Please check that your order is complete and not damaged in anyway. If the order is not complete or damaged, you are required to notify Top Secret Ltd within 48 hours by phone or e-mail. We reserve the right to obtain information or evidence (please take photos of any damage concern) you may have relating to the incomplete order or damaged Goods. We will aim to resolve the reported issue in a reasonable and speedy manner.
All our packaging is Brand new, Heavy Duty and designed to ensure safe and undamaged transport.
Product warranty is specified for each item listed for either 3 or 5 full years on materials and workmanship. Please refer to the product description. If it is not otherwise specified all of our product comes with the standard one year manufacturer’s warranty.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Return and exchange are allowed by Top Secret Ltd as long as we have been notified by phone or email within 3 days after receiving the order. CLEARANCE &/or GARAGE SALE items are non-refundable. (Pick up client will be counted from the date of collecting their goods and the delivery client will be counted from the date of signing for receiving the delivery.) Please note return requests later than 3 days won't be accepted. In special circumstances a Top Secret senior staff member may allow a return to be accepted outside of 3 days period. Please don't order product if you or your client is unable to check the goods within 3 days.
All returned product must be packed in its original packaging, unused and the receipt of purchase must be presented. Once the returned product has been received by our warehouse or showroom staff, notification will be given to client by e-mail or phone. A stamped receipt will be submitted to the client if return is done in person. Once the returned item is checked & is being without defects with its original packaging, the refund request will be confirmed in full refund or full credit. The refund will be made immediately to the credit card/efpos was used for the original purchase. Otherwise please allow up to 14 working days for the funds to clear. NOTE we do not offer cash refunds.
The exchange Goods won’t be dispatched before the returned Goods being confirmed & received. 20% of restocking fee will be charged to all returned item if it is without its original packaging.
The delivery charge is not refundable for all returned items unless the product was damaged by freight company during delivery.
In the event of the Goods being returned to us by a shipping company —Top Secret ltd cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
All your purchases are protected by the Consumers Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
